1. Do you offer cash on delivery?

No. We require 80% advance, with the remaining 20% payable on delivery.

2. Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds.

3. Are shipping charges included in the outfit price?

No, shipping costs are separate and depend on the destination and package weight.

4. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship globally via FedEx.

5. Do you offer custom-made outfits?

Yes, share a reference image, and we’ll design your outfit.

6. When do we pay the remaining amount, and when is the outfit shipped?

The remaining 20% is paid on delivery. If COD payment is not made, the 80% advance is non-refundable, and we are not responsible for any package issues as all shipments go directly to the courier HQ after packing.

7. What is the exchange period?

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery only for faults on our part. No exchanges after 7 days.

8. What if the order is delayed? Can we get a refund?

Delays are rare, but during festive seasons, unforeseen delays may occur. We offer a flat 5% discount but no refunds.

9. What is the make time for outfits?

Each outfit is made to order, with timelines varying. Please refer to our shipping policy for details.
