Order Confirmation & Payment Policy

1. Order Confirmation

   • Your order will be confirmed only after the payment has been transferred to the account details provided at the checkout process on our website.

   • Once the payment is made, it is mandatory to share a screenshot of the transaction via Instagram or WhatsApp for verification.

2. Payment Deadline

   • Payment must be completed within 4 days of placing the order.

   • If the payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled.

3. Payment Verification

   • After verifying the payment, we will send you a confirmation message to finalize your order.

   • If needed, we may send a reminder to complete the payment before the 4-day deadline.

COD/Card Payments

Dear Customer,

To proceed with your order, we require an advance payment of 80% of the total order value The remaining 20% balance will be collected on your doorstep

As we make to order, 15-18 working days are required to dispatch regular orders and 25-30 working days for formals. For bridal timelines kindly contact our team on Instagram or WhatsApp. Delivery for local orders take 15-18 working days, urban areas take up to 4-5 more days working days and international deliveries take up to 20-25 working days. However, since we make customized clothes timeline may vary from the above mentioned.
